 Good desk for the price

After reviewing various Shoal Creek desk options, I settled on the littler version. Mind you it is still a good sized desk when completely assembled. Its well made and you shouldn’t have any problem putting it together- assuming you read all the instructions, inventory all the items for assemblage and make sure no harm for the duration of delivery. The drawers were a little tricky to put together, so take your time. I strongly suggest you inventory and seperate the nuts, bolts etc it makes assemblage much easier. (Note not all the items are labeled, so the pre inventory will help you distinguish the rectify pieces from the pictures).

This product is the worst piece of gargage I have ever purchased. More so, the company are the rudest and least accomodating group I have ever encountered. This desk came to me damaged and I have been attempting for weeks to reconcile with the company. This desk came in hundreds of pieces, and was when it comes to half finished when I ran into so a heap of scratches and damaged screw holes. the desk couldnt stand alone. Now they want me to repackage it and send it back at my own expense. Unheard of!!!. Imagine repacking something that was engineered to be packaged professionally. Stay away from Sauder productions and their associate company Stacks and Stacks. Terrible company and terrible products.

While my basi review stated that the desk came with harm and the keyboard drawer didn’t fit and fundamentally became decoration, I will say this of the company. They without delay contacted me regarding the harm and offered to replace it to assure satisfaction. THAT is amazing client service. I don’t think of the 100s of things I’ve purchased and reviewed on Amazon that I’ve ever had a response like that. I will say I’m unquestionably impressed and the desk is still a nice desk even though the damage, but the company plainly strives to make sure it’s clients are happy. You can’t knock that!
